Simone is a wonderful teacher, which is why we invited her back after she taught her beautiful Khyber Pass shawl here, to rave reviews. This time she will show us how to make quick work of color work, using the mosaic technique. Only one color is worked per row; no stranding or carrying unused yarn along!
In this workshop you will learn the technique by practicing on swatches. It's your choice which project to make from her newest book, Karyai, and Simone will help you cast on and get started. There are some very easy and small projects that would be great for gift-giving.
If you're nearby, come by to see the many beautiful examples of Simone's designs (from which you can choose your project) in the shop now, whether you are able to take the class or not!
See you soon. 'Til then, happy stitching!
